Group Business Director

Job Description : GROUP BUSINESS DIRECTOR ANGOLA A leading telecoms business, with operations across Africa, is looking to hire a Group Director, based in Angola, who will take responsibility for the group-wide B2B strategy. This role would suit an experienced candidate with a background in product management, strategy, sales and planning, all within the telecoms industry. Accountable for conceiving, developing and deploying the Group-wide B2B strategy and GTM plans. Provide strategic leadership directions to Opcos B2B Business Directors. Overall accountability for the development and harmonisation of all product lines targeted at B2B customers. Establish and Increase B2B Brand Equity. Build a capable and motivated team to create a high-performance team environment. Relevant Bachelors degree, MBA advantageous. Minimum of 20 yrs of varied industry experience within telecoms space. Experience working in B2B within the commercial areas of the telecoms sector. Exposure working in and across Africa. Ability to converse/be fluent in either Portuguese or French.
