FP & A Manager

Job Description : FP & A MANAGER NETHERLANDS KONI, a worldwide premium shock absorber manufacturer with its headquarters in Oud Beijerland, The Netherlands and operating in 6 locations (Netherlands; Czech Republic; China; India; France; USA) is looking for an FPA manager. KONI is part of ITT Inc. an American based company and a diversified leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components in markets ranging from transportation to industrial to energy. In this fast paced, competitive environment Koni is looking to strengthen the Finance organization The FPA manager will be supporting all KONI sites and work directly with the site controllers/ operations. She or/ he must be able to clearly explain financial details and concepts to the organization. Business partnering and delivering the right message to the operations is key in order to guide the business. • Work closely with each site controller and support in decision making • Prepare and analyze KONI financial reporting package (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and any other ad hoc financial analysis requested • Drive the monthly closing, review the figures with each site controller and understand the variances versus Budget/ Previous Year. • Provide business insights to support CFO and KONI leadership team in understanding performance and drive efficient decision-making • Organize and manage Forecast, Strategic & Operating Plans and Budget processes by supporting KONI global teams. Review and analyze submitted reporting packages and challenge expected performance when necessary • Liaise with Motion Technologies FP&A and Finance functions • Support the development and deployment of ITT Corporation/ITT Motion Technologies standard practices within KONI • Review and analyze strategic investment request • 15+ years experience as Financial Controller or Financial Planning and Analysis Manager • Degree in Business Administration or Finance and Control • Fluent in English • Autonomous • Able to work under pressure • Flexible • Good communicator • Business partner
