Security Manager

Job Description : Security Manager in a leading mining company based in Central Africa Experience: 08+ years Languages Known: English and French (Mandatory) Age: 45 years • Candidate must have experience in Mining & treatment units/ Plant • Ensure that all security operations are conducted in legally compliant, professional, ethical and profitable manner in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as Business Units plans and budgets • Due diligence standards, Continuous development plan • Experience in working hardship locations and Human resource. • Management systems implementation, KRA/KPI Update and analysis & Training/Audit & inspection • Complete sites security risk assessment for preventive measures proposal and Periodical inspection & reporting • Company value, vision understanding and integration, Corrective action roadmap & volunteering principle training for internal & contractual security agents • Responsible for orientation and training of security officers and other personnel • Pay a central role in ensuring safe, healthy and secured workplace • Lead in emergency • Facilitation in culture development • Experience in investigation and data analysis
