Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO THAILAND A rapidly expanding of a leading high quality power cables manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (x 1 vacancy) to be based in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand. In this job, you will be accountable for leading day to day operation, overseeing manufacturing, and performance improvement. This role will directly report to CEO. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to providing strategic advice, overseeing daily administrative and operational functions, reporting directly to the CEO. This role offers a competitive base salary with health insurance and provident fund. Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management Manage, organise, and coordinate of the factory operation departments such as production, engineering, quality and planning etc. System improvement, team development planning, and rules and regulations of the operation establishment Cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the factory, optimising the production operation process, improving production management, and controlling the cost of every production process Education on safety production, and strict implement safety regulations Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or other related fields At least twenty years experience and five to seven years’ experience in plant operation, managerial level Demonstrated leadership of large diverse teams in a manufacturing environment Ability to make business projections Proven track record in budget management Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Good command of spoken and written English
