Engineering Director

Job Description : ENGINEERING DIRECTOR SPAIN FOR HIGHWAY PROJECTS A Civil Engineer or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering specialized in Highway Projects is sought. Functions: • Negotiate engineering contracts with clients, agreements with engineering partners and subcontracts. • Management and supervision of project development, both from the point of view of execution and from the technical point of view. • Coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering development team (civil works) • Plan, follow and activate the development of basic and detailed engineering. • Collaborate in business development in the field of highway projects. • Prepare bids for highway projects for both public and private clients, including definition of scope and estimation of terms and costs. You must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management and coordination, experience in preparing offers, preferably for private clients, contract negotiation and management, and experience in major engineering companies or in technical departments of international construction companies. .
