Job Description : BDM NIGERIA FOR HYDROPOWER Proven experience in operation and maintenance of large Hydro Power Plants • Proven experience in a large greenfield Hydro Power Plant (concept to commissioning) • Competency in MS Office applications with high standards of presentation skills • Excellent communication skills with matching business etiquettes • Should have had led teams covering various disciplines (iii) Job Description • Guide / advice Business Development team in identification of suitable geographical location for a setting up large Hydro Power Plant • Responsible for technical support / advice to the Business Development team to conceptualize a greenfield project across various geographies • Participate along with Business Development team in customer discussions / negotiations for technical aspects • Guide the Business Development team in framing technical specifications and / or understanding, interpreting the technical specifications whilst negotiating and / or preparing Concessionaire Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements • Guide the Business Development team in technical aspects of life cycle management of large Hydro Power Plant • Guide the Business Development team in preparation of technical Roadmap for transitioning to Projects Team from Order to Execution • Bachelor of Engineering Degree • 8+ Years related experience in Business Development of Hydro-Power Business • Experience in large scale green field Projects. • Experience in International Business Development Will Be Advantage.1
