General Manager

Job Description : GM MEXICO A European company with 20 years of presence in the Mexican market, which is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of medicines and products, is looking for its next General Manager to ensure the correct operation and growth of the subsidiary. As General Manager, your duties will be: Plan the structure and objectives of the company in the short and long term, hand in hand with the International Management of the Group. Coordinate the commercial strategy to increase the profitability of the company and reach potential customers. Analyze the operation in the structural, commercial, financial, administrative, personal, accounting aspect among others. Manage the correct planning and distribution of materials and/or products. Periodic report with the International Director based in Europe., In order to be considered in the process as General Manager, the requirements are: Demonstrable experience as a general manager or in a leadership position, in the pharmaceutical industry Experience as a provider of tenders to hospitals and knowledge of regulatory affairs Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing or related (essential) Mastery (desirable) English It will be valued to have: Leadership and proactivity Analytical Ability Problem solving and decision making Teamwork
