Job Description : FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR FRANCE a family SME among the world leaders in its field, is recruiting a CFO to support its very strong growth. The position is based in Saint-Priest (69) Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the following missions: Develop management control and dashboards, manage the management control team Supervision of the accounting team and balance sheet closings Optimize administrative processes, ensure the consistency of accounting and financial data and the reliability of reporting Cash: Guarantee the security of financial flows, anticipate short and medium-term external financing needs, develop financing plans, Ensure compliance with the company's legal, administrative and regulatory obligations and monitor Manage the deployment of new tools by supervising the IT department - deployment project of a new ERP Anticipate and propose strategic developments within the framework of the Management Committee Facilitate relations with banks, insurance companies,... Manage legal and tax areas related to heritage, economic life (contracts, agreements, industrial property), international financial engineering (credits, etc.) Carry out financial and economic studies, and implement the actions necessary to finance the company's projects (eg choice of investments) Coming from training in finance or engineering school, you justify at least 20 years of experience in financial management. You are fluent in English and have already supervised ERP deployments. Experience in an industrial environment is a plus for the position.
