12 yearsJob Description : The administrative and financial director will be under the supervision of the co-founders and will work with a team of three people for the financial strategy. He will be responsible for financial compliance, accounting, management control, the relationship with banking partners, debt and cash monitoring, as well as any project related to the financial department. The team will be adjusted according to the growth of the company. You are joining a company in the circular economy sector created a few years ago which is part of a context of very strong growth. The company offers on its market a differentiating and advantageous solution for its users. Currently offered in B to B, this solution will very soon be rolled out by the company in B to C. More specifically, your main missions as Administrative and Financial Director (M/F) are as follows: Supervise, validate and monitor the keeping of the company's accounts, as well as the establishment of the annual accounts (the company is now supported by an accounting firm). Manage the establishment of the company's budget, adapting it several times a year to the development of the group, on all P&L items (Revenue, Expenses, Staff Cost, Depreciation, etc.). Guarantee the reliability of monthly accounts reported to investors, performance analysis and future projection through effective analytics and close connection with partner teams. Establish monthly reporting that provides operational performance indicators for the various centers and helps guide decisions. Provide financial projections for all of the company's development and investment projects. Ensure the proper management of financing and cash, and ensure the relationship with banking partners. Deploy a management control tool adapted to the company's activity and growth. Manage legal and tax areas related to heritage, economic life and financial engineering. Propose different solutions for the establishment of an opening of the capital of the company to the employees of the company. For this position of Administrative and Financial Director (M/F), the successful candidate has a minimum of twelve years' experience in finance, acquired in environments recognized for their high standards. His career must include experience in a fast-growing company (start-up / scale-up) with an investor relations component. Precise, involved and simple in human relations, the successful candidate arouses the adhesion of his interlocutors by his sense of anticipation and his pragmatism. Endowed with excellent analytical skills, he puts his commitment to the development of the universes he oversees in a collaborative spirit. For this position, he must naturally be part of the strategic dimension implied by his regular interactions, but also appreciate keeping an operational aspect in his functions (hands-on). Particular attention will be paid to the managerial and human qualities of the successful candidate.
