Job Description : EXPATRIATE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Location: Lagos, Nigeria Industry: FMCG Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Edible Oils industry, with exposure to African rnarkets, particularly Nigeria a prominent FMCG company operating in Lagos, is currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Edible Oils business in line with the company's overall business objectives • Oversee and manage all operations of the Edible Oils business, including procurement, processing, logistics, sales and marketing • Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and threats • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the countries where the company operates • Provide leadership and direction to the Edible Oils business team, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Manage and/or oversight the treasury area and currenry fluctuations • Ensure the safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors to sites • Regularly report on the performance of the Edible Oils business to the executive team Requirernents: • MBA, CA, or a related field • Proven track record of success in managing and growing a business unit or division • Strong understanding of foreign exchange and currenry fluctuations • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Familiarity with Nigeria's regulatory requirements and standards in the Edible Oils industry
