Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD ORAL CARE JOHANESSBURG SOUTH AFRICA Business Head for Oral Care Manufacturing for our establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our oral care manufacturing operations in the region. Your main duties will include: - Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the business. - Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders - Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements - Collaborating with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure optimal coordination and alignment of business activities - Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction - Monitoring and analysing market trends, and recommending changes to products and processes to keep pace with evolving customer needs and preferences - To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership and people management skills, as well as a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
