Plant Engineering Head

Job Description : Head Of Plant Engineering for one of the leading players in the Heavy Process Equipment Manufacturing Industry which caters to the Chemical and Pharmaceutical sector. GUJRAT INDIA An ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: 1) 15 to 20 years of experience in managing Plant Operational Excellence, Facility management, Plant Engineering/Process Engineering/Method Engineering, and Green field/Brown field Projects. 2) Someone from medium or heavy engineering industry such as heavy mechanical equipments or capital equipments will be considered. 3) Educational qualification should be a BE or ME Mechanical. 4) Strong experience in Lean implementation, continuous improvement, inculcating Kaizen culture, Digitisation and setting up practices of TQM and TPM is preferred. 5) Someone good in 3D/2D Modelling/Drawings and having PMC certification/certification in Lean is also required.
