In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing OE spinning processes for efficiency and productivity. You will lead and guide a skilled team of professionals, implement quality control measures, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and identify and implement improvements in production techniques will be crucial. Furthermore, maintaining a culture of workplace safety will be a key priority.
