Job Description : PROJECT PLANNING MANAGER BENIN 15+ years experience Savings 30 LPA Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities include the overall planning, direction, prioritization and delivery of all projects in a manner aligned with the client's expectations and business needs. · Consults with client business partners to clarify and define project requirements, business case, and the development of a statement of work. · Development and management of project plans, budgets and status reporting. · It involves making careful choices on ways to complete tasks so that projects can be finished on time and within budget, work scheduled and available resources. · Establish, monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures. · Creates and delivers presentations to mid-senior level management on project goals and plans, including progress reports. · May manage a group of projects associated with a specific business function. · May lead project staff, including training and providing input into performance evaluations. · Understanding project details, preparing project schedule, updating the schedule as it evolves. · Communicate with the client, client billing and follow up with contractors and other agencies involved in the project. · Handing over the project and obtaining completion certificate. · Ensure that project is completed in stipulated time and determine the sequence of relationships amongst tasks so that they can be completed in the correct order. Technical Skill Set Required: · Good in Engineering Design. · Exposure to construction industry Viz. Township, hotel, commercial / office complexes, industrial projects, hospitality projects, etc. · Good in costing, cost analysis and rate analysis, estimation. · Strong oral & written communication · Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Strong Microsoft Project experience. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates must have knowledge of Dashboard Reports. Qualification : Min: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) Max: M.E. / M.Tech. (Civil) /MBA (project mgmt.) The Profile is for Benin for Min one year and can be extended as per project requirement.
