Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO CANADA CFO - Toronto, ON a distributor in the food industry, supplier to large retailers such as Walmart, Loblaws, Sobey's, Metro and others. They are looking for a Hands On CFO / Controller reporting directly to the owners of the business. This role will manage a team of 5 + likely assist in hiring an office manager to look after administration and HR and automate processes & efficiencies where possible. Their main business has revenue of approximately $100 Million. You will be a designated CPA, with excellent Excel and Systems experience (they have a homegrown system that fits with the rest of their ERP). You should have 20 years experience. Experience working in a family run business would be an asset. Experience with Financial KPI's and Dashboard reporting is also key. You will manage a full cycle of reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as well Corporate Taxes. You will also manage the reporting for roughly 15 subsidiary companies which are much less active than the main business. An Excellent compensation package will come with this role.
