Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying is required. LLM plus additional qualifications would be a bonus - 10+ years of experience in commercial management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability. - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex commercial strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
