Job Description : RETAIL MANAGER DUBAI Retail Manager to manage the daily operations for a chain of stores in Dubai. About the role This role will be heavily geared towards development of the stores as well as profitability, team and customer experience management. You will develop the overall sales strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and financial performance. They will be looking for someone to hire and train employees whilst monitoring KPIs and managing payroll. A background in leadership or supervision is crucial for this role, specifically with strong communication skills and a high attention to detail. looking for someone who is highly organised and able to lead the daily operations, ensure smooth customer and employee experience with great productivity. About you To be considered for this role, the candidate should have at least 10 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or a Retail Manager with knowledge of retail management best practices. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, great leadership and good problem-solving skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Retail Manager to join a stable and growing company. This role may require you to work weekends and preference will be given to those who are bilingual in English/Arabic.
