Job Description : MECHANICAL ENGINEER MALAYSIA FOR BLOW MOLDING DIVISION 15+ years experience Savings USD 3K+ per month leader in food packaging. A MNC which operates in various countries now is looking for Mechanical engineer with an experience in Blow mold machines We are working with our NPAworldwide partner a top APAC recruiter. Only he will share the client details. Mechanical engineer for Malaysia- Company will arrange the VISA candidate with experience in Blowing Division only is considered. The senior Mechanical engineer is responsible of the mechanical development and design the new equipment as per specifications received from the blowing Product Manager. He will be also in charge to interface with other departments to make sure its design answers their needs. Education Has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of working experience in original equipment manufacturing environment · Highly computer literate and must be proficient in using SolidWorks and CAD software. · Good understanding on PLM and ERP software on daily works. Main Tasks · To generate Machine Subassembly Folders in PLM along the design and industrial launch of the equipment. · To lead tooling design, machine design from Start till the End of engineering process. · To review and ensure Machine & Tooling BOMs are accurate and updated all the time. · To create and manage Revision WF in PLM properly. · To generate new detailed mechanical drawings from concepts, machine assembly drawings with complete details and engineering calculations. · To create CAD modeling from concepts. · To ensure design works are completed within allowable time schedule. · To assist and prepare design parts costing and the project budget costing. · To initiate and prepare standard operating procedures and work instructions for machine designs. · To provide technical support to the production department and service on engineering. · To create, enhance and maintain a pool of mechanical & tooling design database that could be used as when required for other projects. · To participate in process improvement activities that promotes business excellence through cross functional activities, in collaboration with other departments.
