Job Description : Maintenance Head East Africa This position is for the largest and a very Reputed Cosmetic Company in East Africa. The company is the leading producer of Petroleum Jelly, consumer care products, Hand & Body Creams/Lotions, Talcum Powders, etc. Qualification: A Graduate Engineer and MBA in operations preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 / 15 years in cosmetics The incumbent will be responsible for complete plant maintenance which includes Utility asset maintenance & effective functioning of boilers, chilling plant, compressors, and all the standby equipment. Analysis of Preventive and Break down Maintenance and Restoration. Skill Development of Operators and Executives. Good People management skills. Attractive tax free remuneration & expat benefits .
