What we are not looking for! Profiles who have not had longevity of 3+ years in the last 3 roles Profiles who are not from the FMCG, Food or Packaging Industry. Profiles who have not been at HRD level business with full autonomy. No aspirational dreamers for this role. This is not a step up role by any stretch.
