Job Description : M & A DIRECTOR MADRID SPAIN for an important investment boutique located in Madrid Centro. Analysis, preparation and presentation of pitch books, business plan and strategic plans for organic and inorganic growth and financial models to shareholders, executive directors, financial directors, Private Equities and investment committees of listed companies. Execution and origination of mergers and acquisitions operations in the mid-market. Coordination of Due Diligence processes. Contact with the main industrial and financial investors in the sector. Work hand in hand with the origination department of new investment opportunities. We are looking for a professional with at least 10 years of experience in corporate M&A departments, professional services firms or boutiques with the desire to undertake a large project.
