Job Description : TECHNICAL DIRECTOR MADRDI SPAIN Technical Director with experience in a pharmaceutical plant (production) for a renowned health and pharmaceutical product company. - Represent the laboratory before local and state administrations and before clients according to the legal requirements established by the Ministry of Health (GMPs, BPLs, etc...). - Responsible for the production processes, as well as the final quality of medicines and health products, in accordance with current legislation. - Sign all documents of a technical-sanitary nature. - Ensure correct compliance with the authorized specifications for each drug that the laboratory is authorized to manufacture. - Take personal responsibility for the surveillance and control of production processes. - Guarantee the application of the Correct Manufacturing Standards. - Approve the manufacturing and control procedures, as well as the required documentation. - It will certify the batches before their release. - Authorize the placing on the market of each batch of medicines, once their conformity with the authorized specifications has been certified. - Attention to the authorities in the exercise of their inspection functions. - Maintain and coordinate the ISO 9001 -ISO 13485 quality system - Provide support to the national and international sales department - Will be responsible for pharmacovigilance and medical devices. - Higher University Degree in Pharmacy - Experience of at least 20 years in the position within the Pharmaceutical Industry - Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements - High level of English
