Job Description : VP of Construction/Construction Director - KSA *** with a tier one main contractor based in KSA. seeking a Construction Director/Vice President of construction to oversee the construction of a large scale giga project. The total value of the project is circa SAR 17 Billion and is one of the Kingdoms iconic projects towards the 2030 vision. Experience in overseeing a construction division or multiple large scale projects is required. Many of the projects are at construction phase (high rise - 40 stories+). This is an amazing opportunity to live in a fast moving and exciting city and head up the Construction division. The is a strategic position and will report directly to the CEO / Board on high-rise construction and engineering projects. An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering/Construction management or a related field with 25+ years of relevant work experience within the Middle East. Package is circa SAR 120,000 per month plus benefits.
