Regional Finance Director

Job Description : REGIONAL FINANCE DIRECTOR MALAYSIA A leading company in the manufacturing industry is recruiting for a Regional Finance Director job. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a large team in ensuring the financial regulations and requirements are met, while adding value by working closely with the other departments in growing the organisation. Lead the Finance Department in the Asia region in financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow, treasury, and corporate tax Collaborate with the Senior Management team in driving growth, market capitalisation and profitability Partner with factory managers and supply chain in optimising resources Optimise cash flow and funding activities and, handling FX exposure Evaluate projects, investments, divestments, and expansion strategies To succeed in the Regional Finance Director position, you must be able to wear multiple hats and have passion for the manufacturing industry. 20 years of working experience with a focus in multinational companies Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and has handled finance activities within Asia Strong stakeholder engagement and communication Readiness to travel to various countries within Asia (40%)
