Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD BERLIN GERMANY • You are responsible for the areas of accounting, controlling & treasury • You are a business partner for the C-level • You are responsible for the professional development of the team and the proper implementation of the corporate strategy and help shape it • You participate in investment rounds and prepare them • You are the first point of contact for all finance-related topics, both for internal and external contacts • You implement and optimize finance processes to ensure effective working methods within the group • You develop and are responsible for reporting • You are responsible for budgeting and the Forecast • Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on finance • Relevant professional experience of 25+ years • Management experience of at least 5 years • Very good knowledge of German and English • High standards of quality, accuracy and structure • Ideally, Datev knowledge
