Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER BARCELONA SPAIN Reporting directly to the General Management, and with a team under his charge, his main functions will be the following: • Management of the company’s finance and administrative team, and provides strategic financial recommendations to the CEO. • Preparation of annual budgets and the company's 4-year strategic plan. As well as the follow-up of these and the analysis of deviations and projection of budget items (purchases, sales, operating costs and stock mainly). • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. • Analysis and approval of store expansion projects • Responsible for external audit and group internal compliance. • Treasury management. • Monthly preparation of cash flow projections • Banking negotiations • Tax preparation and accounting • Ensure that procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed. • Bachelor Degree in, Business Administration, Finance • Solid analytical skills. Ability to anticipate and comfortable working with fast paced deadlines. • Good interpersonal skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both within and across business units. • Experience managing teams. • Proven experience in the sector Demonstrates a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) • Experience with Business Intelligence and financial reporting systems
