Group Finance Controller

Job Description : GROUP FC NETHERLANDS an expert in the field of Accounting, Audit and Risk Management. You are passionate about improving processes and want to be part of a dynamic organization and build an efficient accounting organization. You like to be intellectually challenged with complicated questions. The purpose of the role is: Prepare the financial statements for all legal entities (currently 15); Lead and manage the audit process of the external auditor; Develop and maintain the internal risk framework and perform internal audits and test controls; Support the monthly closing process; Continuously improve financial processes; Check complicated legal, tax, financing, and (IFRS) accounting topics; Support M&A with due diligence processes, integration questions and valuation exercises. Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting; At least 18 years of relevant working experience in an accounting firm where you grown to a manager position (or similar role/function); IFRS knowledge is a must; Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
