Senior Contracts Engineer

Job Description : Senior Contracts Engineer (Expat) KL - Malaysia, Operator client The Senior Engineer, Contracts reports to the Project Services Manager. The job holder is responsible for full cycle of contract management for both Offshore Facilities and Onshore Gas Plant projects starting from FEED execution, Licensor execution, EPC contracting strategy development, EPC tendering process, Project execution until Work completion and Close-out. Minimum of 20 years’ experience in Contract management with proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Oil and Gas projects. Experiences in Licensor contract management, Novation condition, including to Construction consultancy services. Experiences in working as Client and Contractor roles in the Oil and Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical business.
