Project Manager

Job Description : Project Manager - Fabrication for our Modular Fabrication Facility at Sohar, OMAN. Degree: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) Experience : 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas Fabrication yards for 5-7 years. Must have worked on offshore Oil & Gas topside fabrication projects and conversant with international construction codes & Standards Posting Location : SOHAR, OMAN 1) Overall Technical manager for Project Fabrication Phase 2) Responsible for management of all Construction and coordination with all stake holders 3) Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Commissioning, QA/QC, client representatives, Vendors, and subcontractors. Will be single point contact for Fabrication phase of the project. 4) Responsible for fabrication management of the project, ensure mobilization of all resources in timely manner and control the budget for fabrication scope. 5) Ensure all lessons learned are implemented and lead to develop optimized fabrication Execution Plan to execute project within given budget and time. 6) Will be responsible for completion of all fabrication activities in timely manner within allocated project cost. 7) Review manhours and duration forecast for completion of job. 8) Monitor construction productivity, schedule performance, and take corrective actions to achieve project plan.
