Project Director

Job Description : CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DIRECTOR KSA 20+ years experience Project Director / Construction Manager who has experience in delivering Schools, Colleges, Universities and/or other Educational Facilities. In this role you will be managing the delivery of several development projects to ensure quality of deliverable, in addition to to supporting PMO in managing all outsourced resources. The Role: Full delivery of selected assigned key individual assets with full infrastructure within the project based on the approved business plans, overall investment strategy, approved budgets and designs completing the development and formal handover to each user and/ or the asset management team upon completion. Meet with and report directly to the Development Director on a regular basis to review and report progress on all appointed developments and related infrastructure works. Implement all approved development strategies with agreement of Development Director for all assigned projects. Assist with the management of the PMO engaged to manage all outsourced resources in order to complete the appointed Misk Assets concepts, detailed designs and construction works. For appointed projects, be fully responsible for the procurement and coordination of all professional service activities (3rd party design & professional consultants, project managers, cost managers, architects, engineers, leasing agents (if relevant to development), contractors and suppliers etc.) and the delivery of all works within approved budgets, required quality & safety standards and development time lines. Professional Degree (i.e. Engineering, Architecture, Project and Construction Management, Town Planning, Property Valuation etc.).
