Must be having exposure of handling multiple plants with multiple locations 2. A sharp P&L leader with great industry connect in all major automotive OEMs 3. Expert into TPM/WCM and bottom line improvements 4. An exceptional leader with great team handling experience 5. Experience of working with Japanese would be an added advantage CTC band upto 1 cr.
