Senior Finance Manager

Job Description : Senior Finance Manager Location : Guinea - West Africa Reports to : Head of Finance & Accounts Roles and Responsibilities : · Analysing financial data, trends, and patterns to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement · Grooming and training of the team, implementation and setting up of Accounting system and software, account maintenance and provide accurate and timely reports to the Management. · Support localisation by providing opportunities to the locals in the department with Managements guidance and discretion. · Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved · Providing leadership in creating a culture of risk management in the organization · Managing budgets and developing financial plans to meet organizational goals. · Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles. · Designing Operational report, reporting frame works. · Improve system and procedures and initiate corrective actions. · Lead projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. · Develop dynamic and robust reporting platform to update Management about financial status of Groups of Companies in West Africa on a scheduled basis. · Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce final reports or statements. · Structuring of various verticals of business in various jurisdictions Desired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATION : · CA with Masters Degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. EXPERIENCE : · 08 YEARS + AND WORKING EXPERIENCE IN AFRICAN COUNTRIES WILL BE PREFERRED. SKILLS REQUIREMENT : · Experience in Manufacturing Paints, Plastic, PVC pipes · Experience in West African countries preferred · Knowledge of French Language is preferred · Age below 40 years will be preferred.
