15 yearsJob Description : GM GCC FOR AUTO seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to join their team. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for achieving exceptional customer satisfaction, driving sales volume, and maximising profitability. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategies to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, driving repeat business and loyalty. · Manage sales, service, and parts departments, optimising their performance to achieve revenue targets and operational excellence. · Formulate departmental strategies, business plans, and tactical activities aligned with the company's objectives. · Lead and motivate the sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance to achieve exceptional results. · Oversee government sales activities, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency. · Utilise data analysis to evaluate sales and financial performance, preparing reports and presenting insights to the executive team. Requirements: Academic/Professional Training: · A university degree, preferably in business and/or marketing, is preferred. Related Experience: · A minimum of 15 years of working experience, with at least 8 years in a general manager role within the automotive industry. · Proven track record of achieving sales growth, driving profitability, and effectively managing teams. · Experience in principal management and government sales is highly desirable. · Good knowledge of GCC markets
