Job Description : BUSINESS OPERATIONS HEAD NIGERIA Only from FMCG Industry with minimum 12+ yrs of handling top management Responsibilities: · P&L Owner. Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's topline and bottom line targets. · Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing sales, marketing, and customer service. · Inventory Management. Understanding, Stock, Delivery Timelines & Placing Orders to ensure we meet sales requirements but dont have excess · Supervise Production of Locally Fabricated Items. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, suppliers, and vendors. · Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets. · Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. · Identify Skills Gaps & Develop and implement employee training programs to improve skills and productivity. · Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. · Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations. · Manage & Guide the Team. With a decent team, we currently find people drop balls & need a lot of chasing / reminding to execute tasks. We require a strong leader / manager who will ensure his team executes. · Oversee the Marketing Activities of this Business Unit. · Over see the service department and installation team & ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in similar industries - Person needs to be aware of the Kitchen or supermarket equipment and have knowledge of project management. This is an advantage but not a requirement - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Strong Manager of Teams. Using Out look (Calendars & Tasks)to manage execution - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and project management.
