Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description : Senior Business Development Manager (BDM), will be responsible for driving growth of India and MEA (Middle East and Africa) operations. In this highly visible role, the BDM will be serving as an organizational ambassador within the community at large. Responsible for building relationships with referral generators and client onboarding, they will be central to the organization's future growth and sustainability. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strategic thinking. - Comfortable working independently, with minimum supervision. - Outstanding customer service skills - Outstanding relationship building & networking abilities. - Ability to work successfully under pressure. - Flexible / team player. - Digital marketing & social media. - Tech savvy - Familiar with ERP, Field Service Management and Enterprise sales terminology and concepts used in geriatrics / home care. – MBA from reputed university is must. – Minimum of 15 year’s experience in a sales and marketing / business development role, preferably within the ERP and FSM sector.
