Group Finance Controller

Job Description : GROUP FC IRELAND We are seeking a skilled professional to assist their Group Finance Director in developing comprehensive financial control and reporting systems, that align with the needs of their business divisions. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise necessary to provide accurate and timely financial reporting, and will be able to adapt to the unique challenges of a company of their size. The selected candidate will be responsible for selecting accounting standards and policies that are optimal for the Group. Agree on the structure and deadlines for reporting the business division's performance, and make sure they are followed. Oversee the creation of monthly financial reports and projections for the Board, the Operating Executive, the CFO, and the Group Finance Director. Provide organised and prompt reporting at the group level, including systematising the process of group consolidation and, where necessary, standardising data formats and procedures. Provide support in the preparation of annual reports and statutory financial statements. Provide effective leadership and foster a collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate will ensure that all partnering, planning, and reporting requirements are met with alignment and efficiency. One person will be reporting to this role.
