Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD SINGAPORE JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. • Working with the hiring managers to ensure that the skills and experience are matching with the company's technical needs. • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Establish clear organizational structures aligned with appropriate responsibilities and personal development for all staff. • Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment, etc.) • Implementing new sales plans and advertising. • Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses. • Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies. • Assess overall company performance. • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. Requirements : • 10+ years of work experience with min 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce field. • Worked in Start-ups, preferably Electronics recommerce. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development. • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques. • Hands-on experience with complex project management. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Effective negotiation and vendor management skills. • Willing to travel for business purposes.
