Job Description : FC ANGOLA Roles and Responsibilities (A) Business Process Improvement · Ensure Completeness and accuracy Audit of Financial statements on Period Basis · Completion of Yearly Budget with 100% adherence to Cost management by end of financial year · Accurate MIS Report on Debtors Management, Creditors Management, Cash flow and Banking Reconciliation statement with Analysis and Recommendations to be submitted Every Month (B) People Management · Retention of Staff (Attrition rate to be maintained at the minimum) · Evaluating and providing constructive feedback · Manpower Management · Training and mentoring · Monitoring and Accessing performances (C) Cost Control · Ensure effective Funds management by prioritizing payment and minimizing interests · Ensure 100% accuracy in Tax and Legal compliance within stipulated time. · Ensure accurate payment of Employees' salaries · Ensure 100% Timely accuracy in Capitalization and Depreciation Schedule · Ensure Timely and 100% accuracy in Cheque Realization/ Credit and Insurance claim. (D) Others · Preparing Financial Reports · Analyzing financial data · Monitoring internal controls · Overseeing and preparing income statements · Budget processes · Managing Financial Transactions · Developing plans for financial growth · Evaluating and managing risk · Periodic financial audit Desired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Chartered Accountant EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 years experience with 60% to 70% in Transport Industry Perks and Benefits USD 4500 per month + Expat Benefits and perks
