Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD GHANA · Full P&L accountability of the affiliate/subsidiary. · Defining and implementing annual budget plans and providing regular reports to the headquarters. · Develop a successful commercial development strategy for the country. · Coordinate and develop all departments and ensure operational and strategic goals are achieved. Coordinate the logistics operations, including warehousing activities. · Develop both new business and current accounts through business development research to create growth in sales. · Represent the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies. · Develop and implement internal systems for logistics, commercial and financial information flows in cooperation with headquarters. · Recruit the very best talent in this new market. · Contribute to the overall global success of our company Looking for a Candidate:- · Having 10+ yrs of exp for logistics, commercial and financial information flows in cooperation with headquarters. · Should be from Metal Manufacturing company.
