12 yearsJob Description : AGM FINANCE INDONESIA Roles and Responsibilities:- · Prepare, analyze and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports with Actual vs AOP comparison. · Being different accounting standard and currency, to maintain separate MIS monthly and quarterly basis. · Preparation and consolidation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP). · Support corporate project finance team for project financial modelling and requirement for project funding. · Quarterly reporting of MIS to lenders and lenders technical advisor and provide reason for variance with budget and operational capex. · Monitoring of cash flow and working capital for effective utilization of assets. · To prepare monthly Opex Monitoring and Capex Monitoring for internal reporting of Departmental expenditure and circulate this to all HOD on monthly basis. · Monitoring each PR raised by department and verifying this with corresponding budget before release for PO. · Also ensure correct GL, cost center, type of PR etc. Regular meetings with department on their budget and explore various initiative to reduce cost Mandatory:- • Licensed Chartered Accountant • B. Com/ Accounting / Finance degree / MBA (Finance) 13-15 years of experience with at least 3-4 years experience in domain function. Above average written and oral communication skills. Job Location : Medan, Indonesia Reporting to: Sr. Manager Finance and Director Finance and support in all finance and accounts-related activities.
