15 yearsJob Description : SENIOR MANAGER HR GUINEA 1. Maintaining staff by recruitment, selection, orientation and training of manpower in Guinea 2. Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local labour laws and related statutory requirements in Guinea Africa. 3. Implementing HR policies in Guinea and systems staring from employee entry to exit like on boarding, induction, training, performance management system, compensation management, career growth, learning and development system, retention, etc. 4. Maintaining employee MIS, files, records, documents & file management 5. Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by scheduling appraisal discussions and facilitating the annual increment process as a part of the complete Performance Management System. 6. Tracking and managing employee productivity on a regular basis. 7. Managing the employee exit process, full and final as well as relieving formalities in a smooth manner. 8. Handling employee grievances as well as feedback regularly to ensure the highest level of employee satisfaction. 9. Facilitating the employee training and development activities as per functional needs. 10. Administering various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; monitor the adherence of statutory compliances, company policies and procedures monthly. 11. Facilitating all employee engagement activities as per the employee event calendar. 12. Managing the entire administration related work. 15yrs of relevant experience Qualification - Any Graduate + MSW/MBA Preference
