Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR DUBAI Director of Finance who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and managing an accounting team. Candidates with a background in Real Estate are preferred. Responsibilities: · Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management of the company · Manage the accounting team, including supervision of financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax strategy & contracts · Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for the company, and present financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors · Provide financial analysis and guidance to the CEO and management team to support strategic decision-making · Manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of expenditures and revenue · Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders · Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to financial management · Develop & maintain financial models & present to CEO Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred · Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, including at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role · Experience working in Dubai is required, with knowledge of local financial regulations and practices · Strong leadership skills and experience managing an accounting team · Experience in Real Estate finance is essential & Experience with Real estate developer · Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and policies, and to provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively · Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
