Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER TANZANIA We expect you to make sure that the production site is following the defined planning and that quality of production is assured. Prepare, monitor and control production budgets to ensure adherence to approved budgets Ensure ongoing identification of improvement methodologies to drive improvements in product quality, process efficiency and productivity. Should be able to take care of shop floor activities and Processes, Man- management. Planning of Raw material to be used for the production. Person should be able to plan the production, work independently and manage the work force and committed to the quality output. Should have minimum 7/8 years of experience in handling production of "Flexible Packaging" company. MUST have experience in double wall paper cup manufacturing Desired Candidate Profile Knowledge to computer, excel, tally Responsible for Production / Manpower /Material Ability to multitask and organized many projects at one time. He must have a good attitude and must be in a constant improvement mode. Excellent knowledge of Production Planning & Quality Control Principles Experience in Production Planning & Coordination & Manufacturing Operations like Fabrication, Assembly, Welding, Drawing.
