Job Description : Head of Production. Location: Nigeria Salary: to be discussed All expat benefits. Role: Rendering services as head of technical operations, coordinating for all plant operations, product quality, productivity technology upgradation/induction and projects at plant level Managed procurement, production planning and RM/PM inventory management at plant/ HO level, finalization of RM/PM specification and process development will be key focus areas for the role. Focusing on optimization of process parameters and initiating process improvements / technology transfer to achieve top & bottom-line objectives & productivity targets. Releasing raw / finished materials & bought outs as per pre-set quality parameters, conducting rejection analysis at vendors' end and carrying out quality audits for improvement in product quality. Handle New products production and its development. Note: Looking for someone with experience in a MNC food production company. Immediate joiner preferred.
