About the HR Director Role: In this business critical role, you will report to the Regional General Manager and manage the HR functions of the company. You will need solid experience in HR practices and employee management to drive strategic HR solutio Provide HR support for the full employee life cycle Act as a business partner to the leadership team across the region to execute people strategies and drive growth to the company Drive employee engagement and establish a culture focused on inclusion and employee well-being Manage the full HR spectrum covering areas on compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, talent sourcing and industry benchmarking Provide effective solutions through data analytics Manage other ad hoc projects as assigned To succeed in this HR Director role, you must be results driven and possess a keen understanding of the full spectrum of the human resource functions. At least 10 – 15 years of relevant HR experience with about five years of regional experience Strong understanding of employment law/regulations Excellent networking skills and demonstrated success in contributing to business growth Motivated, proactive and a solutions-focused approach Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent
