Senior Project Manager

Job Description : SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER DUBAI Maaloomatiia Arabian Gulf is looking for aseasoned Senior Project Manager to work during the inception and delivery phase of UAE based infrastructure-focused projects covering project scaling/definition and contract/statement of work creation. Once the projects are awarded, the role is to initiate the project, supervise progress and performance of multiple projects and teams across a range of diverse projects. The candidate will manage stakeholders including executives, manage track and report project progress with accountability for project time, cost and quality while managing and mitigating associated project risks and issues. Generic Role and Responsibilities · At least 7 - 10 years demonstrable experience of successfully managing integration, infrastructure and concept to design projects of various sizes and complexities, preferably from an IT services industry environment or related area with a focus on technology, management and policy · Proven ability to manage and motivate a mixed workforce of internal and outsourced resources to achieve maximum efficiency and results · Strong relationship building and management skills · Quality oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement · Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field · Significant experience in leading a technical work team with a wide variety of complex functions in a high pressure environment Skills Requirements · Scope and concept definition · Proposal writing · Estimating, cost modelling and budgeting · Planning and determining and documenting project objectives · Define project scope and list project products · Determine project constraints · Select project approach · Determine project standards · Assess project risks · Create project plans · Define work breakdown structure · Determine activity dependencies · Define project milestones · Determine project organization · Vendor management · Estimate effort · Allocate resources · Schedule activities · Develop budget · Assess project risks · Working with clients to achieve the project objectives with relevant status reporting · Knowledge transfer as appropriate · Operational support knowledgeable · Excellent communication skills - written and verbal · Strong presentation skills Certification Requirements · Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) · Certified Program Management Professional (PGMP) - desirable · Certified PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) - desirable · TOGAF or equivalent - desirable · ITIL Foundation 10+ years experience
