Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR VIETNAM The role is to oversee operational and organisational risk management, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures, and operational controls. In addition, the Director will be responsible for effectively communicating and promoting growth among the executive team and all employees. This leadership position is crucial for driving results, accelerating growth, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the company. Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and organisation policies that promote growth, efficiency, and smooth operations at the company Defining and implementing the organisation's objectives for reducing and controlling operational risks through risk identification, assessment, measurement, and mitigation Planning and managing budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation programs that support the company's goals and objectives Setting ambitious but achievable goals for growth, performance, and profitability, and motivating and encouraging employees at all levels to work towards these goals Creating a positive and growth-oriented environment that fosters employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement Developing effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes and using these insights to drive continuous improvement Providing timely and accurate reports on the operational condition of the company to the CEO and other key stakeholders Overall, your role will be essential to ensuring the long-term success and growth of the company, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the executive team to shape the company's strategy and direction Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required, and having an MBA is highly desirable Strongly prefer candidates who have a minimum of three years of experience as a Director or at the C-level, managing a large organisation, particularly in the tech industry A team player, responsible, adaptable, and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should also be hardworking, hands on and willing to go above and beyond for the organisation A people, organisational, and budgeting focused mindset would be helpful for this role The candidate should be able to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is limited standardisation The ideal candidate should have exceptional executive presence, strong operational acumen, and excellent presentation skills
