Job Description : INDUSTRIAL MANAGER FRANCE Attached to the operations department, the M/F industrial manager is in charge of structuring and leading original equipment industrialization activities to meet the needs of the activity. The delivery of the systems must be ensured in the respect of the costs/times/performances with the obsession to satisfy the customers. Our client, a French electronics group operating in various industrial markets, is looking for its future M/F industrial manager in the Orléans region. The M/F industrial manager performs the following functions: Define standard processes and methods for organizing industrialization: the tools, equipment and benches needed for new industrial activities; Hierarchically manage the industrial teams (methods, processes, business experts) as well as the supply chain department, the article cell and the final integration of the systems; Supervise the FAT of suppliers and control the correct application of their processes as well as their methods, in coordination with the quality of the projects; Ensure that production activities can be transferred locally to client countries, in particular by ensuring the good quality of the documentary trunk; Validate the capacities of the supply chain to carry out the activities of master planning, planning and scheduling, purchasing, reception, inventory management, shipping, supplier performance management; Ensure the good performance of the article coding unit; Be responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of industrial activities in conjunction with project quality managers; Support project teams in understanding industrial processes and implementing best practices; Contribute to the development of budgets for industrial resources; Manage industrial performance through relevant indicators. Engineer training (or equivalent Bac +5), you have a solid industrial experience in a standardized universe. A good knowledge of standard industrialization methods and processes allows you to intelligently launch a new small series industrial activity. You are a good communicator, you will be the interlocutor to organize the transformation and project the industrial plan for the future with the various departments of the site. Pragmatic, rigorous and reactive, you have the ability to listen as well as the ability to adapt to new environments. Fluency in English is necessary for this position, you will be required to interact with foreign interlocutors.
