Mandatory exp : 1) Handled / managed large head count - min 25 to 35 k head count. at National level 2) Working at National HR Role 3) Expertise in HR Strategic, Business Partnering, Stake holder mgnt roles. 4) Very strong in HR Operations - Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations 5) Handled - volume hiring in large nos. ( front line hiring / blue colour hiring ) 6) Strong exp in handling large HR team at National level. 7) Very good communication skills - written and verbal.
