15 yearsJob Description : EXPORT HEAD MUMBAI INDIA 15+ years experience · Build a long term vision for the International business of the company with clear long term and short term plans · Engage with top contributing country distributors and build annual Joint business plan in line with the goals of the company · Achieve category leadership in all the key markets through the right level of trade marketing and consumer plans · Strong internal and external engagement to drive business using both trade marketing and below the line promotions / activations. Responsibilities: · Achieve annual sales plans with focus on key markets of US, Europe, Middle East and Australia · Identify growth opportunities within the categories present as well as expand into new categories as per strategy · Build a mechanism of market intelligence and review using data flow from distributors. · Achieve growth targets by way of generating business through new market penetration/ leads in partnership with key distribution partners · Manage the overall P&L for the Export division across portfolio Develop and nurture relationships of trust with key customers, distribution partners · Create and implement trade promotion plans and initiatives to grow market share & new market penetration · Build avenues of growth through distribution expansion into new channels beyond Ethnic stores. · Leverage companies network in export markets and leverage scale as well as local relationships · Guide and coach team to drive growth and expansion in the export markets Desired Candidate Profile Food Exposure is a must have Role : Priority 1 - Someone with Exports background Priority 2 - Someone with GT & MT background open for Exports Priority 3 - Someone with GT and Trade Marketing background open for Exports Max age is 40 years
